Run your practice, not your admin.

Practice management built in Melbourne for Australian accounting firms. Bring jobs, clients, documents, time, WIP, and AI-assisted prep into one firm-controlled work system, with private-pilot agent workflows clearly separated from live capability.

Built in Melbourne. Hosted in Australia.

Core app data is hosted in Sydney, with AI and other overseas subprocessors disclosed on the Trust page. Our first founding firm is already running their practice on Practice Sprint while we build it out, and we're opening a handful more spots.

Pilot

AI-assisted BAS review, with the accountant in control.

The BAS-review agent is in private pilot. It checks a workpaper for likely GST coding issues, shows the rationale and source evidence, and waits for your review. It does not lodge, post, or apply changes on its own.

Step 01

Upload the workpaper

Attach the BAS workpaper or export to the Practice Sprint job. For agent document runs, sensitive identifiers are tokenised before prompts go to an external model.

Step 02

AI flags review points

The agent checks for likely GST coding issues and returns review points with rationale, confidence, and source references. It waits. It does not act.

Step 03

You decide what happens next

Review each finding, approve, edit, or dismiss it. Any lodgement or external accounting-system action remains a separate human workflow outside the agent.

BAS Review: 2 items flagged for review

Motor vehicle expenses

Review

Coded as GST-free. Typically carries a 1/11 GST credit. Confirm business-use ratio before finalising this line.

Entertainment: client meals

Review

Entertainment generally not claimable under s. 69-5. Check FBT exemption applicability before including an input tax credit.

GST-inclusive coding confirmed, approved

Illustrative example: categories and findings are fictitious

Unlike a generic AI tool, Practice Sprint tokenises sensitive identifiers before supported agent document runs reach an external model. Basic assist features have clearer input warnings instead of pretending every text box is an agent workflow.

See what the firm has earned, and what still needs billing.

  • Live WIP by client and team member, always visible.
  • Ageing bands show you what's slipping past 90 days.
  • Prepare firm-billing drafts from approved time without treating Practice Sprint as the client's ledger.

Get deadline pressure out of people's heads.

  • ATO deadline templates cover common accounting-firm compliance workflows.
  • Agent lodgment dates are in there too, alongside the statutory ones.
  • Jobs can be created as deadlines approach, so the work starts before the panic.

Security posture, plainly stated

Your data, scoped to your firm.

OAuth authentication via Google and Microsoft, encrypted sensitive credentials, tenant-scoped access checks, and role-based controls. We are pilot-stage, so we state what is live, what is planned, and what we will not claim yet.

Encrypted at Rest

AES-256-GCM encryption for all sensitive credentials and tokens.

Tenant Isolation

Tenant-scoped access paths keep each firm's records separated.

OAuth & RBAC

Sign in via Google or Microsoft. Admin, Editor, and Reader roles.

Privacy-first architecture

AI Agents That Respect Your Privacy

Agent document workflows are built around privacy-gated handoffs: sensitive identifiers are tokenised before supported agent prompts reach an external model, and outputs wait for firm review.

Step 01

PII Detection

Rule-based scanning identifies personal information

Step 02

Anonymisation

PII replaced with internal client identifiers

Step 03

Verification

Redaction is confidence-scored; low-confidence scans are blocked

Step 04

Cloud AI Processing

Only anonymised data reaches the AI model

How tokenisation keeps your clients' data private

For supported agent document workflows, outgoing sensitive identifiers are tokenised and incoming responses are reverse-tokenised. The token-to-value map stays in our Australian environment.

Tokenisation

For supported agent document workflows, the tokenisation engine scans for personal information (client names, ABNs, TFNs, addresses, bank details) and replaces each one with an opaque token before model handoff. The external AI receives tokens, not the original identifiers.

Reverse tokenisation

When the AI returns its response, the de-tokenisation engine maps each token back to its real value using the Australian-hosted PII vault. You see a final response with specific client data; the external model did not receive the original identifiers for that supported workflow.

The vault never leaves our Australian environment. Tokens are meaningless without it, even if intercepted, leaked, or logged by an upstream provider.

Where this is heading

Less of the work that wears your team down.

AI takes the routine prep first: workpaper review, source referencing, and draft outputs your team can check. Deeper bookkeeping and PracticeLedger-backed accounting workflows come later, with explicit review gates.

The aim is fewer cold starts, fewer tabs, and less senior time spent rebuilding context before a reviewer can make a judgement. We would rather show you the current workflow in a demo than overpromise public benchmarks.

Picture the repetitive preparation work moving into a controlled queue: visible evidence, review decisions, and a clear audit trail, not a black-box agent.

Pilot

The first agent is in private pilot. It reads a BAS workpaper, flags likely GST review points, and waits for your team before anything changes.

We are building this in the open with founding firms. Book a demo and see where we are.

Limited to five firms

Be one of our first five founding firms.

We are taking on five founding firms. Not fifty, not five hundred. Five. We want a tight founding group we can build closely around, where your feedback moves the roadmap instead of joining a queue. Founding firms get early access, a direct line to the team building it, and a real say in what comes next. In return we ask for honest feedback as we go. By the time we open the doors, you will already be running the product you helped shape.

Early access

Use the product as it is built. Get features before anyone else sees them.

A direct line to the team building it

You get a direct line to the people building it, not a support ticket. When something is off, we want to know.

A real say in the roadmap

Your firm's problems shape what we build next. That is the whole deal.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Practice Sprint is an all-in-one practice management platform built for accounting firms. It combines job management, CRM, timesheets, WIP tracking, compliance calendars, and document management into a single workspace.

Practice Sprint is purpose-built for Australian accounting and bookkeeping firms, from sole practitioners to multi-partner firms.

Not yet. We are in closed beta, working with our first founding firm and opening a handful more spots. Book a demo and we will talk.

We are not selling yet. Right now we are building with founding firms to make sure the product is right before we open the doors.

Your clients get a branded portal where they can upload documents, view the limited job progress you expose, communicate with your team, and check upcoming deadlines. They sign in via magic link. No passwords to manage. You control access and permissions from your main dashboard.

Practice Sprint uses OAuth authentication via Google and Microsoft, AES-256 encryption for sensitive tokens, tenant-scoped access paths, and role-based access controls. Your data is scoped to your firm.

Yes. Practice Sprint includes ATO compliance deadline templates for BAS, IITR, CTR, TRT, SMSF, FBT, PAYG, and more. Agent due dates are included where configured, and you can create jobs when deadlines approach so nothing falls through the cracks.

Track time with live timers or manual entries, linked to jobs and subtasks. Billing rates resolve hierarchically (staff+client > staff > client > default). WIP reports show aged unbilled time by client and help prepare the accounting firm's own billing workflow.

Practice Sprint includes AI-powered features like Magic Import for text-to-job drafts and smart task extraction. Our AI agents, the ones that read client documents to prepare and review work, run supported document prompts through an Australian PII pipeline first, so the model sees tokenised placeholders rather than sensitive identifiers. The in-app assist features like Magic Import send the text you type directly to our AI provider for analysis, so we ask you not to paste sensitive details such as TFNs or bank account numbers into them. Your data is never used to train AI models.

We are developing narrow AI agents for workpaper preparation and review, starting with BAS review in private pilot, then bookkeeping suggestions and other compliance workflows. These agents use privacy-gated handoffs and human-in-the-loop review before work is finalised. Book a demo and we will show you where we are.
